1. Bookings will be confirmed upon payment of the total charges.

2. Confirmed bookings is non refundable if cancelled one (1) day before arrival.

3. Confirmed bookings if cancelled three (3) days before arrival 50% refundable of the total charges.

4. Baggage limitation- 2 pieces hand carried baggage per passenger.

5. Upon arrival at the airport, look for your name/s written in a white board holded by our representatives or look for Souhwest booth. For your return please advice that you will be picked up 2 hours before your flight departure time for Caticlan airport and 3 to 4 hours before your flight departure time at Kalibo airport.
